Sometimes a box can get a few bumps and bruises along its journey, but because of the way we package our products inside, the likelihood of your order being damaged is low. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please take some pictures of the damage to the outer box before signing for it, and then check whether the contents inside are damaged in any way. If you find that they are, please get in contact with us. We will then sort you out with a replacement or refund as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
