Why is my refund taking so long?

The processing of cash refunds is taking longer than normal as we have experienced over 1,000 times the normal volume of flight cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Until the end of May, we also had 75% fewer office staff available to process refunds due to social distancing restrictions.
